Ministry of Industry and Trade
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation is authorized agency on the following government support measures:
- reimbursement of the costs for Russian regions on creating industrial park infrastructure;
- partly compensation of loan interest expenses for industrial parks managing companies
There are 5 084 210 rubles on these aims in the Federal budget for 2016 (Subprogramme "Development of industrial infrastructure and supportive infrastructure in industrial area").
In 2015 on the program of industrial park support held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation 197 mln rubles got 12 industrial parks including 9 AIP members (Vorsino, Grabtsevo, Kaluga-Yug, Rosva, Severnyy, Zavolzhye, Technopolis Chimgrad, A Plus Park Alabuga, Avangard).
In 2016 9 industrial parks, including 5 AIP members representing 8 industrial parks - Vorsino, Grabtsevo, Kaluga-Yug, Rosva, Severnyy, Zavolzhye, Technopolis Chimgrad, A Plus Park Alabuga, Avangard got 250 mln rubles on the loan interest rate subsidizing.
On the program of Russian region subsidizing on reimbursement of the costs on creating industrial park infrastructure 10 industrial parks, including 8 projects of Association members - Vorsino, Rosva, Technopolis Moskva, Maslovskyy, Uzlovaya, Master, Preobrazhenka, Budennovsk, Biotechnopark in Koltsovo and industrial and logistics park of Novosibirsk region - got the support on the total amount of 1 840 mln. rubles.
