The Zelenets Industrial Park is an area for the implementation of investment projects, endowed with a special legal status that gives investors a number of tax benefits and customs preferences, as well as guarantees access to engineering, transport and business infrastructure.
You can launch your new or additional production facilities or new warehouses several times faster than at a site that you set up yourself from scratch.
We sell and rent: land plots, ready-made solutions for production/warehouses, sorting centers and factories.
Plus, we will have benefits for all our residents, such as 0% taxes on profits, land, transport, subsidies and the purchase of equipment and the creation of production facilities up to 100%.

On the territory of the Industrial Park, all external on-site networks are ready, all technological connections to all communications (gas, electricity) have been made. The installation of metal structures of all buildings has been completed. Currently, buildings are being sheathed and floors installed inside buildings. Next, the installation of engineering systems inside industrial buildings and landscaping of the park (asphalting). In 2024, asphalting of the park was partially completed. A complete block transformer substation and a 2 Megawatt power distribution and transformer substation have been commissioned.
