The Marino Industrial Park with a total area of 130 hectares is a 3-minute drive to the Ring Road (Ring Road), 20 minutes to Pulkovo International Airport and the Bronka Seaport, 30 minutes to the Bolshoy Port St. Petersburg seaport and 40 minutes to the city center. Freight transport has access to all radial highways through the ring Road.
The Marino Industrial Park is the first greenfield industrial park in St. Petersburg. It was created to accommodate industrial enterprises of hazard class 3-5. The land plots are sold into ownership, complete engineering preparation has been completed, the points of connection to the networks (water supply, sanitation, gas supply, storm sewer, power supply network) are located on the border with the land plots. A single management company that is the developer of the infrastructure, as well as carries out its operation and acts as an intermediary in relations with network organizations.
