The special economic zone of the industrial-production type “Alga" was created on the territories of the Ishimbay and Sterlitamak districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1014 dated June 21, 2023, the area of the SEZ of the Alga settlement increased due to land plots located on the territory of the Ufa district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, which are part of the territory of the Ufa Industrial Park. The SEZ "Alga" is located on five separate sites with a total area of 763 hectares, which allows for the placement of enterprises by cluster type, grouping them by industry affiliation, by similarity of technologies and raw materials base. According to the results of 2022, the SEZ of the Alga SEZ has become the most dynamically developing for the second year in a row according to the results of the VI National Rating of investment attractiveness of special economic zones of Russia. As support measures, residents are given the opportunity to apply accelerated depreciation and a reduction coefficient for the lease of land plots. Also, the special status of the SEZ territory of the "Alga" SEZ provides tax benefits and customs preferences to all residents, which are guaranteed at the state level. The Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus has been approved by the management company of the special economic zone "Alga". The corresponding agreement was signed on July 10, 2020 between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus., HTML
