The Primorye Industrial Park was created in 2018 on the site of the Nadezhdinskaya Advanced Development Territory (Primorsky Territory, Nadezhdinsky District). The total area of the land plot is 14.94 hectares. The planned area for construction of production and warehouse premises by the beginning of 2025 is 25,000 m2. As of February 2024, construction was completed and production buildings No. 1 (1,500 m2), No. 2 (1,500 m2), No. 4 (800 m2), No. 5 (540 m2), No. 6 (1,500 m2), No. 7 (1,500 m2), No. 8 (802 m2), construction of production building No. 9 (550 m2) is underway, work has begun on the design of production buildings No. 10, 11 and 12. Plastic production facilities are located on the territory of the industrial park pipes (Primorsky Polymer Pipe Plant LLC), plastic containers (Leru In LLC), automobile filters (Ameng Rus LLC), metal products and structures (StroyInvest LLC). Agreements of intent on the location of production of plastic products were signed with Vector LLC and Volginsky Molding Plastics Plant LLC, biomicrogels (BMG-Vostok LLC). In terms of infrastructure, on-site power supply networks (first stage - 2 MW), water supply and sewerage, storm sewerage, and on-site driveways were built. Preparation of design documentation has begun for the construction of the second stage of power supply networks of the industrial park in order to increase capacity to 10 MW., HTML
