Uralgrazhdanproekt JSC turned 93 in 2024, during which time we have completed a number of significant projects in the Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg and Moscow. Throughout its rich history, the company has completed more than 10,000 projects (more than 100,000 m2) in the field of integrated design and urban planning, for example, the master plans of Yekaterinburg, Sudak, Tyumen, a series of residential blocks in Yekaterinburg and Moscow (Akademicheskiy district, Park district, Marushkinskoye settlement). In 2017, a specialized company for investment and management of non–core assets was established - the management Company “TISIZ”, which manages 20,000 m2.
