Limited Liability Company "Ecological Digital Operator" is a subsidiary of the public-law company for establishment of an integrated system for municipal solid waste management "Russian Ecological Operator". The company operates within the framework of the federal project "Circular Economy" which was approved as part of the state program of the Russian Federation "Environmental Protection" by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/29/2021 No. 2549 and included in the list of Initiatives for the socio-economic development of Russia until 2030, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10/06/2021 No. 2816-r. LLC "Ecological Digital Operator" implements  projects on creation and development of eco-industrial parks in eight regions of the Russian Federation: Moscow, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk regions, as well as in the Stavropol and Primorsky territories.
