LLC "Management Company 'New Resource'" is an organization that manages the property complex of the New Resource Industrial Park in the Chuvash Republic. It interacts with the park's residents and secures external financial and material resources to create and maintain the industrial park's infrastructure. The project to establish the New Resource Industrial Park has been underway since the first quarter of 2023. The property complex includes land plots totaling 8.56 hectares and buildings with a total area of 14,267 square meters.
