On 15th of October 020 the Tenth jubilee General Meeting of Members of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia was held.
Representatives of 57 member companies from 19 regions of the Russian Federation personally participated in the General Meeting. Due to quarantine restrictions, another 13 subjects connected to the event online.
The General Meeting is the supreme governing body of the Association and has been held once a year since 2010.
On the eve of the meeting the "Hour of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia" was held, where the Director of the relevant Department of Regional Industrial Policy of the Ministry, Vitaly Khotsenko, told the attendees about the ongoing work on changes in the system of state support of industrial infrastructure.
At the beginning of the meeting V. Khotsenko congratulated the members of the Association on the 10th anniversary and read out the Greeting of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation D. Manturov to the AIP Russia.
The participants of the General Meeting summarized the results of the Association's activities, approved the accounts for the past year and also approved the priorities for the next periods.
Priority directions for 2021 - 2022 were defined:
LEGISLATION AND PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS
POPULAZATION OF THE "RUSSIA INDUSTRIAL PARKS" BRAND: web-content, certification, business events, analytics, partner network in the world
SERVICE PROVIDER COUNCIL FOR INVESTORS (based on AIP Service Committee)
INSTRUMENTS TO INVESTORS: service for processing of applications for sites, express consultations "How to build a manufacturing", marketplace for localization of production on the basis of the portal
DIGITAL SOLUTIONS for the industry (marketplace, automated analytics).
For all these areas the Association will continue to hold events, prepare analytical materials and provide methodological and advisory assistance to management companies of industrial parks and their residents.
An important tool for implementing tasks in the priority areas will be a new industry web-portal "Industrial Parks and SEZs in Russia", which has already been developed and launched on the domain www.indparks.ru, replacing the Association website. Now information about industrial parks and services for residents will be the semantic dominant feature of the portal. The portal already contains passports of all industrial parks of the country and has integration with the state geoinformation system of industrial parks GISIP. The new resource can be used by all interested organizations, including for the placement of information about sites and services for investors. The widest set of features on the new portal is provided by default for members of the Association, who will be able to use the portal resources for free. For other organizations part of the services of the industry portal will be available for a fee. Access to all interactive services of the portal is provided through the Personal account, which can be created for free by both individual users and legal entities.
