Working visit to Ryazansky Industrial Park
Ryazan Region Development Corporation and AIP Russia held a series of working meetings and meetings on the development of the Ryazansky Industrial Park.
The 560 hectare park is being actively created under the management of the Corporation and in 2021 successfully passed the accreditation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia for compliance with the requirements of the Government Decree № 794.

A site visit, inspection of the construction of resident companies and a meeting with the management company's staff took place. AIP Russia was represented by Denis Zhuravsky, Executive Director of AIP Russia and Maxim Pazdnikov, Co-Chairman of the Board.
Vyacheslav Nesin, Head of the Ryazan Region Development Corporation, spoke about the plans for the construction of industrial infrastructure, including a project for the construction of a technopark with ready-made production facilities.

During the discussion there were proposals to adjust the requirements of the Government Decree № 794 in terms of the possibility of attracting a subcontractor management company to the territory of the existing park to build at its own expense buildings for the lease and/or ownership of future residents. Such a model of “matryoshka” park will accelerate the creation of ready-made production facilities in state industrial parks at the expense of private investors.
The Ryazan Region Development Corporation plans to create several more industrial sites for investors in different forms.

Within the framework of membership in AIP Russia, the Association's team will continue to assist the Ryazan Region Development Corporation in the creation of industrial infrastructure.
