The project proposes the creation of an industrial park with a prepared engineering, transport, and administrative infrastructure for the placement of small and medium‑sized businesses and large industrial enterprises. The project concept involves providing residents with ready‑made sites equipped with the necessary engineering utilities and transport accessibility, which will help reduce the time required to establish and launch new production facilities.As part of the project, it is planned to create an industrial park infrastructure complex, which will include: — engineering infrastructure — transformer substations and packaged transformer substations, a boiler house, a pressure boosting pumping station, a sewage pumping station, treatment facilities, as well as gas supply facilities; — transport infrastructure — on‑site public roads designed for the movement of construction and cargo vehicles; — administrative and supporting infrastructure — checkpoints, video surveillance systems, security systems, and other facilities necessary for the operation of the territory. To ensure the functioning of the park, it is planned to purchase and install engineering and technological equipment, including power transformers, KTP, pumping stations for fire extinguishing and water supply, gas control points, industrial ventilation installations, sewage treatment plants, as well as video surveillance and digitalization systems. The main product of the project is a prepared industrial site for the placement of production facilities, equipped with transport and engineering infrastructure with the ability to connect to electricity, gas, water and sanitation. The project is aimed at creating conditions for the localization of new production facilities, attracting investors, and accelerating the launch of enterprises by establishing the necessary infrastructure before residents begin implementing their own production projects.
