The goal of the "Creation of the New Resource Industrial Park" project pursues several key objectives, related, on the one hand, to the priority areas of socio-economic development of the Chuvash Republic, and on the other hand, to the tasks and needs of the project's initiator and key investor, New Resource Management Company LLC. The main goal of the project is to help deepen the region's specialization in the production of thermal insulation and alkyd resins by creating an industrial platform unique to this region, equipped with all the necessary facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region specializing in manufacturing. New Resource Management Company LLC is the organization that directly manages the property complex of the New Resource Industrial Park, interacts with the residents, and attracts external financial and material resources to create and ensure the functioning of the industrial park's infrastructure. The project to create the New Resource Industrial Park is being implemented from the 1st quarter of 2023. The land plot and property complex facilities are owned by the management company. The property complex includes land plots with a total area of 8.56 hectares and buildings with a total area of 14,267 m²
