Description
Industrial Park Krasnodar is a greenfield-type project that took its start on the undeveloped land plots in 2017. As of today, its territory includes 236 ha with modern and automated utilities infrastructure.
Own production facilities are powered via the Park’s own energy centers. Water supply is arranged via the artesian boreholes. The project also includes operating complex of facilities for stormwater and wastewater treatment equipped with advanced water treatment and purification devices.
Industrial Park Krasnodar is located on the territory of Dorozhny village that has very advantageous setting in proximity of the large air-, railroad- and sea-transportation hubs, and it is also a part of the Krasnodar territory with the population over 1 million citizens.
Construction of new facilities in the Industrial Park Krasnodar always implies an upfront site preparation.
