Description
The TUKAI multimodal production complex is a modern site with well-developed infrastructure and a strategically advantageous location, covering 40 hectares (within a total land area of 112 hectares). The complex is located on the Almetyevskoye Highway in the Tukaevsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, just 5 km from Naberezhnye Chelny and 15 minutes from Begishevo International Airport. It offers convenient access to key highways (federal highways M7 and M12) and railway stations (Krugloe Pole, Naberezhnye Chelny).
The entire site is well-connected with roads, electricity, water and sewerage, gas, and fiber-optic communications.
