Description
The Stupino Quadrat Special Economic Zone was established on August 8, 2015 by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 826 as the first SEZ fully owned and developed by a private investor without attracting budget funding.
During the existence of the IP SEZ "Stupino Quadrat" attracted 38 investors (buyers of land plots in the SEZ), 14 of which passed the expert council of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region. In total, by 2030, it is planned to attract 200 industrial enterprises, expand the territory of the SEZ to 981.6 hectares; 43.5 billion rubles total investment.
2,500 jobs have been created on the territory of the park; the volume of attracted investments is more than 50 billion rubles, and all this is private investment.
